Clinical history:

A 26 year old woman had a grade 2 invasive ductal carcinoma and ipsilateral axillary lymph node metastasis at diagnosis. She received neoadjuvant therapy with anti-PD1, taxane, adriamycin and cyclophosphamide, followed by granulocyte colony stimulating factor. She then had a sentinel lymph node excision, shown here.
